One Pupaccino, please

🐾

I always know I have been an extra good boy if I get a Pupaccino from Starbucks!!

Mom and Luke and I went through the drive thru. They ordered their drinks and mom asked for a Pupaccino for me.

When we got to the window, the teenager that was working there looked down into the car window and said, “Oh – is this pupaccino for you?” I did a little “wah wah wah” dog talk to him – just to make myself even cuter, and more worthy of a Pupaccino.

He went back in to the store to make our drinks. He came back to the window empty-handed but said to me again, “You are doing a good job of waiting for your drink”. More dog talking.

The last time that he came back, he said “You are starting to look thirsty.” This time there was no cute dog talking.

This time I let out a BIG BOY BARK. Even though I was encapsulated in my car and he was safe in the window, he jumped back.

He said,

Whoa. I will be right back with your drinks. I just have to go change my underwear!

In the end, I got my drink and it was DELICIOUS!

I think I will print out one of these pictures and send it as a THANK YOU to my new friend at the Starbucks. Maybe I will send along a new pair of “boxers” as well!

Love,

Clark

I am just like you! A regular woman who went to work Monday to Friday, came home and did all that stuff that we all do - raised my kids, played with my dogs, worked around the house and spent time with my husband. Like most of us, I feel like I took that relationship for granted. I knew I was lucky but I didn't know HOW lucky - until January 26, 2021. The day that Rob passed away. As a way to work through this really crappy, unfair time, I thought I would start a blog. Not to whine and complain but to document those times AND the good ones! Because there ARE good times as well!
